
Enterprise Europe Network – Israel at the Export Institute
The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) helps small and medium sized companies to make the most of the European marketplace. The Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute (IEICI) is one of the EEN's centers in Israel. IEICI promotes exports through initiatives and programs in many countries. IEICI operates through two business development divisions, a technology industries division and a consumer goods division, plus professional services units.
Technology Industries Division and Consumer Goods Division
The Technology Industries Division includes sectors such as electronics, communications, software, new media, film & television, aerospace, HLS, advanced medical devices and technologies, biotechnologies & pharmaceuticals, automotive, agro-technology, water and environmental technologies, cleantech and international projects. Sectors represented in the Consumer Goods Division include food, wine & beverages, cosmetics & toiletries, home & family products, packaging, plastics, textiles & fashion, Judaica, giftware & jewelry products.
Incoming and Outgoing Business Delegations and International Trade Shows and Exhibitions
The IEICI organizes outgoing and incoming business delegations, economic, multi-sector and sector including government delegations, business conferences and meetings for international cooperation. Important International or regional events are often accompanied by Brokerage Events organized by the local EEN Network partner. Israeli enterprises are provided with detailed information about these events, and encouraged to participate in order to meet with potential partners and develop Partnership Agreements.
Examples of Outward delegations to brokerage events organized by the IEICI include: MobileWorld Congress (Spain), IBC (The Netherlands), Medica (Germany), Cosmoprof (Italy), Paris Air Show (France), Hardware (Germany), Intersolar (Germany), Anuga (Germany) and more.
