Organically grown teas and herbs from the Jordan Valley
  Organica Farm, a manufacturer of organic teas, herbs and blends, was founded in 2000 by the Gross family. The farm, located in the clean natural desert environment of the Jordan Valley, nurtures and grows 25 types of medicinal herbs over an area of 100 dunams (approx. 25 acres) of land.

Innovations in the Food Industry
It may be surprising to discover that although the basic conditions in Israel are not conducive to a booming food industry, Israel has a large selection of food products compared with other Western countries and new products appear on the shelves almost daily. Despite the fact that the local market is relatively small, with less than seven million consumers, and exports of food products from Israel are even smaller, several factors contribute to the accelerated rate of innovation prevalent in Israel's food industry.
