Ceragon Networks, a global provider of high-capacity broadband wireless systems, announced the availability of FibeAir 1500P enhanced Fast Ethernet capabilities for wireless transmission with fiber-like quality.
The solution is optimized for IP-based applications, including IP-DSLAM connectivity for Triple Play services, WiMAX and WiFi-mesh backhauling solutions and any delay sensitive applications. The FibeAir 1500P Ethernet solutions have already been successfully installed for numerous customers and are commercially available.
Ceragon's FibeAir product family complies with North American and international standards, and has been installed for more than 150 customers in more than 60 countries.
Ceragon will exhibit FibeAir 1500P Fast Ethernet solutions at CeBIT in Hannover, Germany, March 9-15 2006 at Hall 12 Stand B70, and at CTIA in Las Vegas, April 5-7 2006 at Booth 2219.
With software upgradeable capacities from 50 to 200 Mbps per radio carrier, FibeAir 1500P's carrier class solution provides a licensable pay as you grow, scaleable migration path to meet the increasing demand by operators for data-rich services.
